The POWCAN brand is a company-owned brand of the Baokang Group. Since the establishment of Yongkang Baokang Daily Products Co., Ltd. in 1995, it has been with the Baokang Group for 22 years. As the main brand of Baokang Company, the POWCAN brand was used in Zhejiang Baokang Daily Products Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Baokang Cookware Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Baokang Electric Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Baokang Wheel Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Products, including insulation cups, insulation pots, composite oil-free pots, kettles, automotive aluminum alloy wheels and so on. After years of operation, the POWCAN brand has been awarded the famous trademark of Jinhua City and the famous brand of Zhejiang, and has been recognized by the world and the world in Europe, America, Middle East and other regions.

KE

The KE brand is a boutique brand launched by Baokang Wheel Manufacture Co., Ltd. in 2012 based on the higher demand of customers for high-end wheel customers in China and around the world. We use the multi-brand strategy to segment existing markets and deliver products that are more responsive to customer requirements and after-sales based on customer needs. The KE brand is mainly used in the high-performance aluminum alloy wheel products manufactured by the Baokang wheel flow-forming process. This kind of products are widely used in the high-end automobile and racing wheel modification market.

ADVANCED FLOW-FORMING TECHNOLOGY

The flow-forming process improves the mechanical property of the rim by stretching the rim barrel, which improves grain structure of the aluminum for a stronger, thinner and lighter rim barrel. The flow-formed products are more durable and lighter than conventional casted products.

POWCAN FLOW-FORMING PROCESS

The flow-forming process uses special casting technology, which is almost equal in strength and lightness to forged wheels.

The process begins by pouring molten aluminum into a mold face-side-down folloed by rapid cooling. By doing this, the aluminum alloy is condensed and in turn enhances the elastic strength and durability.

After the wheel is formed, it is pulled from the mold and placed into the flow forming tooling which is similar to the concept of a potter's wheel. This process stretchs the barrel to a defined profile and thickness, ultimately giving the wheel its final shape. This 'stretching' improves the grain structure of the aluminum making it stronger, lighter adn more precise than a non-flow formed barrel resulting in forged aluminum-like strength.
